Chef Nick Bognar

Having grown up in his family’s kitchens, Nick Bognar has had a close relationship with food his entire life.  Early childhood memories of watching his grandmother prepare exceptional Thai food became the basis for his deep rooted culinary knowledge. After graduating culinary school Nick spent time traveling to further his understanding of Asian cuisine, eventually landing in Cincinnati. Upon returning to the family business in St. Louis, Nick took the helm as executive chef for the company where he spends every day exploring his creative culinary expression.
